Model LD600-10.80 is a two-stage Class AB pallet amplifier from Richardson Electronics designed for a wide range of applications from 10 to 80 MHz. It takes advantage of the model MRF6V2300NR1 power transistor from Freescale Semiconductor to deliver as much as 200 W CW output power over that frequency range, with 600 W pulsed output power at 10-percent duty cycle. It achieves 40-dB gain with a gain flatness window of 2 dB from 10 to 80 MHz.
