Model HMC948LP3E is a log detector from Hittite Microwave with a 54-dB dynamic range from 1 to 23 GHz. It converts RF input power to a proportional output voltage, with a nominal logarithmic slope of +14.2 mV/dB and intercept of -111 dBm at 23 GHz. Supplied in a 3 x 3 mm surface-mount package, it features fast rise time of 5 ns and fall time of 7 ns. Ideal for wideband power monitoring and for received-signal-strength-indication (RSSI) functionality, the log detector operates from a single supply of +3.3 VDC.
