Model 743-60 is a step attenuator from Narda Microwave-East, an L-3 Communications Company with 0 to 60 dB attenuation from DC to 18 GHz. It is controlled via a thumb wheel and direct readout. It provides precise attenuation within 1 dB from 0 to 40 dB and within 1.5 dB to 60 dB. The resettability is better than 0.05 dB. The VSWR is less than 1.50:1 while the temperature stability is 0.0001 dB/dB/C. The step attenuator can handle 2 W average input power and 200 W peak input power. It measures 1.43 x 1.75 x 0.5 in. and can be panel mounted with an optional kit. It is supplied with Type N female connectors.
