Free CD Contains Test Solutions

Keithley Instruments is offering a free CD devoted to test and measurement solutions. It contains over 80 application notes on different types of measurements, including on testing photovoltaic devices and low-current measurements. It also provides several video webinars with "how-to" information on performing various measurements and maintaining high measurement accuracy. He managed the content and production of three technical journals while at the American Institute of Physics, including Medical Physics and the Journal of Vacuum Science & Technology.
