Model HMC632LP5(E) is a GaAs HBT MMIC voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO) from Hittite Microwave for communications and test applications from 14.25 toi 15.65 GHz. It includes fundamental, divide-by-two, and divide-by-four outputs for maximum flexibility. The VCO generates output levels from +7 to +9 dBm with single-sideband (SSB) phase noise of -107 dBc/Hz offset 100 kHz from the carrier. It operates with tuning voltage from 1 to 13 V and typically draws 350 mA from a single +5-VDC supply. For more information, visit the Hittite Microwave website at: http://www.hittite.com
