The reference source offers basic information on measurement setups for battery testing, capacitor leakage testing, continuity testing, insulation resistance testing, diode testing, temperature scanning, capacitance testing, power-supply burn-in testing, and accelerated lifetime testing of cellular telephone handsets among other applications. Over 170 pages of the handbook are devoted to fundamental information on the switching function in test and measurement applications.
