The three-part article series covers, respectively, vertical-axis measurements, horizontal-axis measurements, and frequency-domain measurements with an oscilloscope. The articles are based on digital-storage oscilloscopes (DSOs) rather than their older, analog counterparts, and can be applied to both modular, PC-based scopes as well as stand-alone instruments.
