Skyworks Solutions has introduced their model SKY13292-365LF CMOS 4 x 2 switch matrix for applications from 250 to 2150 MHz. Supplies in a 4 x 4 mm QFN surface-mount package, the switch matrix accepts four inputs and provides two outputs, with as many as 16 different signal states. The typical insertion loss is 7.5 to 9.0 dB across the operating frequency range, with typical isolation of 30 to 40 dB between ports and typically 40 dB at 900 MHz. The matrix achieves 1-dB input compression with +15 dBm typical input power. The switch states can be selected by tone and voltage signals in conjunctiion with logic-level signals applied to the mode-control inputs. The switch draws 8.5 mA typical current from a +5 VDC supply. For more information, visit the Skyworks site at: http://www.skyworksinc.com/
