The latest additions to the Xinger II (R) family o signal processing components includes 3-dB 90-deg. and directional couplers designed for WiMAX applications at 2.5 and 3.5 GHz. The product lines include the model XC2500P-03 3-dB hybrid with 30-W power-handling capability from 2.3 to 2.7 GHz and housed in a package measuring 0.20 x 0.25 inches (5.08 x 6.35 mm) and the XC2500E-10, a directional coupler with 10-dB coupling that is supplied in the same size package but that features power-handling capability of 145 W.
