Response Microwave has developed a high-power 90-deg. hybrid coupler that is ideal for radio and radar transmitter applications. Model RMHY3.500Nf operates over the octave band from 250 to 500 MHz with 3-dB coupling flatness of within 1 dB and power-handling capability of 1000 W CW. It exhibits VSWR of 1.50:1 with maximum insertion loss of 0.3 dB and minimim isolation of 15 dB. The hybrid coupler, which is supplied with Type N connectors as standard, is also available with SMA, TNC, and BNC connectors as options. The component measures 6.8 x 1.75 x 0.925 inches with connectors. For more information, visit the company's website at www.responsemicrowave.com/
