SolidRun released the ultra-compact Hailo-15H SOM, which leverages the Hailo-15H AI vision processor to serve advanced AI vision applications. The 47- x 30-mm SOM offers in-camera edge AI processing in a compact solution offering optimal performance and energy efficiency for a wide range of AI vision applications. The Hailo-15H SOM provides engineers with the tools they need to develop and field powerful AI vision solutions for a variety of industries, integrating AI inferencing capabilities and advanced computer vision engines. It comes with a software suite that includes drivers, libraries, and tools for developing AI vision applications.
The Hailo-15H SOM features a quad-core Arm processor and a high-performance AI accelerator integrated into a single SoC to deliver up to 20 TOPS, addressing both image enhancement and video analytics. Able to process multiple complex deep-learning AI applications in parallel, the Hailo-15H enables high FPS DL model processing, ensuring fast and highly accurate detection of objects in real time. The SOM supports 4K60 or 2x4K30 resolution with a 12MP ISP video pipeline. Compatible with various micro-camera solutions, its pre-tuned MIPI-CSI2 interface offers a hassle-free, plug-and-play experience. The operating temperature range spans from -40 to 85°C, making it ideal for deployment in harsh environments.
