Teledyne LeCroy ZS-A High Impedance Active Probe supports high-frequency signal measurements with high signal fidelity and reduced circuit loading across the oscilloscope bandwidth.
These active probes combine high input resistance with low input capacitance to reduce circuit loading that can distort high-speed signals during probing. The ZS-A family includes 1GHz, 1.5GHz, 2.5GHz, and 4GHz models for different measurement bandwidth needs. ZS-A probes integrate with Teledyne LeCroy oscilloscopes through the ProBus interface and use a compact probe body for access to difficult test points. The family supports a wide selection of tips and grounds to help maintain reliable contact during high-speed measurements.
