Model JDM2WK-18002600-25-10P is a low-noise amplifier (LNA) from MITEQ designed for K-band applications from 18 to 26 GHz. It employs a WR-28 waveguide input port and female K connector output, and is available with a variety of options, including pressure windows. The LNA features typical noise figure of 2.5 dB and output power at 1-dB compression of +10 dBm. The small-signal gain is 42 dB with gain flatness of +/-2 dB across the frequency range. The amplifier, which includes reverse voltage protection, draws 150 mA nominal current from a single +15-VDC supply. It is supplied in an aluminum alloy housing that is environmentally sealed and fully electromagnetic-interference (EMI) shielded. It weighs 32 g and measures 58.12 x 22.35 x 22.35 mm.
