Model PGS27110341412 is a broadband power amplifier from CAP Wireless designed for applications from 27 to 1000 MHz. Based on gallium nitride (GaN) device technology, the solid-state amplifier delivers 12 W of saturated output power over the full frequency range. The high-efficiency amplifier is suitable for use in military jammers, communications systems, and test and measurement equipment. It operates from supply voltages of +24 to 32 VDC and incorporates a host of features, including blanking, forward and reverse power sampling couplers, and an integrated receive path and transmit/receive (T/R) switch.
