A line of precision test cables from RF Precision Products, a division of RF Industries, supports product and laboratory measurement applications from DC to 18 GHz. These cables are triple shielded for outstanding electromagnetic-interference (EMI) performance and are manufactured in accordance with MIL-DTL-17, type IX requirements. They achieve shielding effectiveness (SE) of 95 dB with loss of only 0.5 dB/ft at 18 GHz. The 50-Ohm cables feature polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) insulation with stainless-steel male SMA connectors. They exhibit high velocity of propagation (85 percent) and remain phase stable under changing mechanical and environmental conditions. Armored versions are also available. The cables are designed for operating temperatures from -55 to +200C.
