Bisco Industries Names Wagner President
DONALD S. WAGNER has been appointed President of Bisco Industries, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of EACO Corp. Wagner has served as the firm's Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President since November 2007. He will continue to serve people as COO after his promotion. Wagner has served Bisco in a number of other capacities including Vice President of Product Management since June 1994. Prior to joining Bisco, Wagner worked in the Defense division at Rockwell International.

ROY ALCUS has been named Production/Process Engineer. He has many years of experience in the printed-circuit-board (PCB) industry, having held a number of positions include operations and engineering management.
GSMA
DICK LYNCH, Verizon EVP and CTO, has been appointed to the GSMA board. Lynch's appointment follows Verizon gaining full membership to the GSMA as a result of its commitment to deploy commercial services based on Long-Term Evolution (LTE) this year. LTE is the next-generation technology for mobile broadband and part of the GSM family of technologies.

JIM MACHAK has been appointed Vice President of Product Development. Machak has been in the interconnect industry since 1985. Prior to L-com, he held various productmanagement and business-development positions with companies like Black Box and Lastar.

LYNN HARRIS has been appointed Marketing Manager. Harris will focus on marketing, advertising, and copywriting projects with an emphasis on promoting the current product line and introducing new products.

DR. THOMAS A. KENNEDY has been appointed President of Raytheon Integrated Defense Systems (IDS). Kennedy succeeds DANIEL L. SMITH, who will retire from the company July 30. Kennedy brings significant experience in defense, sensing, and intelligence technologies and international management to IDS' top leadership role. He most recently served as Vice President for Tactical Airborne Systems (TAS) within Raytheon's Space and Airborne Systems (SAS) business.

JOSEPH J. DIESSO has been appointed Marketing Manager. He has more than 30 years of experience in the marketing and sales of RF/microwave devices, components, and assemblies. During his employment with Stellex Electronics, Diesso was Vice President of Business Development and Vice President of Programs.
BattelleMICHAEL J. MULLIGAN has been named Senior Market Manager with the National Security Global Business. Mulligan had a distinguished career of more than 26 years with the US Marine Corps and retired as a Colonel.
