A line of precision test cables from RF Precision Products is available in standard and custom lengths for applications through 18 GHz. Constructed with triple shielding for optimum EMI protection, they are very phase-stable during mechanical and environmental stresses. The cables feature passivated stainless-steel SMA male connectors and are manufactured in accordance with MIL-DTL-17, type IX specification. They can also be supplied in armored versions. The 50-Ohm cables exhibit 23.8 pF/ft. capacitance with 85-percent velocity of propagation and shielding effectiveness (SE) of 95 percent. The attenuation at 18 GHz is a mere 0.5 dB/ft. The cables are rated for operating temperatures from -55 to +200C.
