    The MABA-000001-50KIT1 Transformer/Balun Designer's Kit from M/A-COM Technology Solutions is an ideal starting point for engineers in need of impedance transformation solutions. The kit, which is available from Richardson Electronics, contains 10 samples each of 15 different transformer/balun modelsa total of 150 piecesalong with a CD with product specifications. The 50-? baluns cover standard impedance ratios from 1:1 to 1:16, frequency ranges of 0.4 to 3000 MHz, and balanced and unbalanced circuits. They are suitable for applications in wireless infrastructure, mobile phones, wireless data transceivers, industrial and medical equipment, and consumer electronics products.
