Model ROS-2432-119+ is a voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO) from Mini-Circuits that tunes from 1662 to 2432 MHz with low phase noise. Supplied in a compact surface-mount package measuring just 0.5 x 0.5 in., The VCO delivers +5.5 dBm typical output power with -18 dBc typical harmonics. The typical phase noise is -100 dBc/Hz offset 10 kHz from the carrier and -122 dBc/Hz offset 100 kHz from the carrier. The oscillator tunes with voltages of 1 to 28 V and exhibits tuning sensitivity of 23 to 49 MHz/V.
