Model PHA-11+ is a dual matched monolithic-microwave-integrated-circuit (MMIC) amplifier from Mini-Circuits for use in push-pull and balanced amplifier designs from 50 MHz to 3 GHz. Ideal for cable-television (CATV) and cellular-communications applications, the dual enhancement-mode pHEMT amplifier channels are matched within 0.2 dB in amplitude and 1.6 deg. in phase. The amplifier achieves +22 dBm output power at 1-dB compression with third-order intercept point to +43 dBm. The noise figure is typically only 1.8 dB.
