Bliley Technologies has developed the low-noise model NV45G1480 oven-controlled crystal oscillator (OCXO) to support phase-locked applications in commercial and military systems. The 100-MHz crystal oscillator is supplied in a 0.53-in.-high low-profile package. It exhibits phase noise of -130 dBc/Hz offset 100 Hz from the carrier with high output power of +15 dBm. The frequency stability is as good as +/-50 PPB over the operating temperature range while the power consumption is a mere 1 W typical at room temperature.
