Mimix Broadband has introduced an active doubler based on InGaP HBT technology. It accepts input signals from 2.5 to 6.0 GHz and produces output signals from 5.0 to 12.0 GHz at +17 dBm output power. Rejection of fundamental-frequency signal levels is -35 dBc. The active doubler, which operates on a single bias supply, is ideal for satellite communications, very-small-aperature-terminal (VSAT) systems, and point-to-point microwave radios. It is supplied in a plastic QFN package. For more information on the low-cost active frequency doubler, visit the Mimix Broadband website at: http://www.mimixbroadband.com/
