Gold plated, stainless steel or passivated versions of SMA connectors are standard in order to meet the finish and corrosion requirement of MIL-PRF 39012. Interface dimensions as well as all other applicable requirements are also in accordance with MIL-PRF-39012 and other military standards where the need exists.
