The APS series of multilayer ceramic capacitors (MLCCs) for commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) applications has been extended with the addition of high-temperature models. The APS Series MLCCs are available in six case sizes from 0603 to 2220; in six voltage ranges spanning 16 to 500 V; and with capacitance values from 10 pF to 22 μF.
