Eight-Way Divider Spans L-Band Frequencies

Feb. 24, 2014
This eight-way power divider provides unequal power division at L-band frequencies.

Model 10A3NB-8S is an eight-way coaxial power divider designed for L-band applications from 1100 to 1500 MHz. Measuring 8.0 × 5.0 × 0.5 in., the power divider can channel 35 W average power and 350 W peak power with 18-dB isolation between ports. Suitable for radar and communications systems, the eight-way power divider exhibits low insertion loss and VSWR of 1.43:1 across its full operating bandwidth. It divides input power by 6 to 18 dB across its eight output ports, with levels of typically 18.4 dB for ports 1 and 8; 12.4 dB for ports 2 and 7; 8.6 dB for ports 3 and 6; and 6.7 dB for ports 4 and 5.
