To allow for the closest spacing possible, the B2 series of bolt-style, low-pass EMI/RFI filters features a 2-to-56 thread and a narrow turret-style round head. The standard gold-plated brass lead pins and bodies offer capacitance to 0.01 F at 50 V for an impressive attenuation profile in such a small body. Filters come in a capacitance range of 0 to 10,000 pF. Voltages range to 200 V for versions to 500 pF, 100 V for versions from 1000 to 5000 pF, and 50 V for the 10,000-pF model. The latter exhibits a minimum no-load insertion loss ranging from 6 dB at 1 MHz to 60 dB at 10 GHz. The dissipation factor for these filters is rated to 3.5 percent. They promise to offer temperature characteristics rated at X7R or better. The EMI/RFI filters operate from 55 to +125C.
