MMIC Multiplier Generates From 40 to 72 GHz

Mini-Circuits' model CY3-723-D+ GaAs HBT frequency multiplier is a wideband tripler that translates input signals from 13.3 to 24.0 GHz to deliver 40 to 72 GHz.

Intended to address EW, radar, satcom, and test systems, the unpackaged MMIC die takes an input signal level from +12 to +19 dBm with a low conversion loss of typically 19.5 to 25.0 dB across the full frequency range. The fundamental suppression is typically -41 dBc, while second- and fourth-harmonic suppression is typically -33 dBc.
