The SMB100A line of analog signal generators from Rohde & Schwarz is designed for ease of use and high performance through 6 GHz. Four models provide frequency ranges of 9 kHz to 1.1 GHz, 9 kHz to 2.2 GHz, 9 kHz to 3.2 GHz, and 9 kHz to 6 GHz. They deliver +18 dBm output power and over-range power levels to +25 dBm. The output-power flatness is within 1 dB to 3 GHz and better than 2 dB at frequencies above 3 GHz. The phase noise is typically -128 dBc/Hz offset 20 kHz from a 1-GHz carrier. The wideband noise is typically -152 dBc at 1 GHz. For more information, visit the R & S site at: http://www.rohde-schwarz.com
