Leveraging the Cloud for Collaborative Design

Nov. 5, 2021
Collaborative software tools can optimize the design process, as well as the device being designed

Just about the only positive thing that came from COVID was the impetus given to companies to leverage collaborative software solutions to conduct their business. This in turn has opened many eyes to the force multiplication that can be found there. One company in the space is Nexar, an Altium business unit, who is uniting the ecosystem of people involved in the design and manufacturing (realization) of electronics.

Through the Nexar cloud platform, API, and associated embeddable technologies, partners can connect to the digital fabric of electronics design, vastly improving the customer experience of their products and services. We sat down with Friend of the Show Ted Pawela, Chief Ecosystem Officer & Head of the Cloud (Nexar) Business Unit at Altium, to get a better handle on what’s going on in the space.
