Jack Cowper, the former Vice-President of Rohde & Schwarz, Inc., has been named President of Rohde & Schwarz Canada. He will continue in his role as corporate Vice-President, adding the role over the company's Canadian operations. Cowper reports directly to Wolfgang Schmittseifer, the Chief Executive Officer of Rohde & Schwarz. Cowper replaces Peter Foulger, who is retiring but who will continue to serve as a member of the board for the Rohde & Schwarz Canada Board of Directors.
