Designed for measuring true RMS power, the model MA24106A is an accurate USB power sensor with 63-dB dynamic range from 50 MHz to 6 GHz. It provides a cost-effective alternative to benchtop power-meter and sensor combinations, using the display and controller of a personal computer by means of USB connection. Model MA24106A provides typical accuracy of +/-0.13 dB accuracy with calibration data stored directly in the sensor. It features 3.3-kV ESD protection and can handle power levels to 2 W (+33 dBm). The USB power sensor is ideal for measuring the average power of CW and modulated waveforms, including the complex signals used in 3G, 4G, and WiMAX systems.
