Computer-aided-engineering (CAE) modeling specialist Modelithics has released an enhanced version of their Non-Linear Transistor Model Library for the Agilent Advanced Design System (ADS) suite of CAE software tools. The upgrade adds several new transistor models, including a dual-gate MOSFET, LDMOS, HBT, and HEMT models from a variety of suppliers, including NXP, NEC, and Mitsubishi.
