The industry group promotes and certifies interoperable WiMAX products and helps advance the spread of broadband wireless WiMAX technology. Keithley Instruments has aggressively pursued RF and microwave test and measurement solutions in recent years, developing compact and high-performance instruments, such as power meters, vector signal generators, and vector signal analyzers based on a software-defined-radio (SDR) architecture. The company recently announced a multiple-input, multiple-output (MIMO) test system that is well suited for certain variants of WiMAX communications systems and equipment.
