A New platform promises to raise performance for the compact analyzers used to test second-generation (2G), third-generation (3G), and WiMaX networks. The site Master, spectrum Master, and Cell Master models now feature integrated functionality in a robust, lightweight design aimed at deploying and maintaining wireless equipment and networks. With frequency coverage from 100 kHz to 6 GHz, the new site Master s331e/ s332e/s361e/s362e handheld-analyzer models can be configured to include a cable and antenna analyzer, spectrum analyzer, interference analyzer, power meter, and Gps receivers. among their key features are typical sweep speed of 1 ms/data point, 4 h battery life, dual-display capabilities, UsB interface for data transfer, and touch screen keyboards. Their siblings, the spectrum Masters, also cover the 100-kHz-to-6-GHz frequency range. The Ms2712e/Ms2713e handheld spectrum analyzers have dynamic range better than 95 dB in a 10-Hz resolution bandwidth (RBW) and displayed average noise level (DaNl) of 152 dBm in a 10-Hz RBW. They feature phase noise to 100 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz offset at 1 GHz. finally, the MT8212e Cell Master is a handheld, multifunction base-station analyzer that combines all of the tools required to test wireless base stations in a battery-operated package. Cell Master features signal-analyzer options for 2G and 3G cellular networks and WiMaX fixed and mobile networks. in addition to providing the technology necessary for today's field testing requirements, anritsu is offering certified training and world-class support for field technicians. pricing starts at $7160 for the site Master, $8950 for the spectrum Master, and $14,950 for the Cell Master.
