Bliley Technologies has launched a surface-mount oven-controlled crystal oscillator (OCXO) for critical communications applications. Available with frequencies from 10 to 32 MHz, and +3.3 and +5 VDC supply options, the low-noise oscillator features typical phase noise of -145 dBc/Hz offset 100 Hz from the carrier and -155 dBc/Hz offset 10 kHz from the carrier. The frequency stability is +/-90 PPB at temperatures from -40 to +85C. Supplied in a surface-mount package only 0.31 inches high, the oscillator offers either LVCMOS or HCMOS output formats.
