Hoklay Pak is Senior Design Engineer – EXMO in Microchip’s Vectron Oscillator Products, which is part of the Microchip Timing and Communications Group. During Pak’s 30-year tenure in the time- and frequency-controlled products industry, he has designed and developed products ranging from clocks to oven-controlled crystal oscillators (OCXOs) and evacuated miniature crystal oscillators (EMXOs). These products have served a wide range of applications in the commercial, military, and space segments.
Pak earned his BSEE from Drexel University, Philadelphia, Pa. He holds a patent in molded SMD clocks and has presented technical papers at industry conferences.
