The model G400B50W5 high-reliability flanged RF resistor from Anaren is now available from Richardson RFPD. This rugged, 400-W device features brazed construction and all beryllium-oxide (BeO) ceramic composition. The 50-Ω resistor is supplied with gold-plated copper leads and a non-nichrome resistive element. It can handle 400 W RF power. Reliability is ensured by subjecting the rugged resistor to 500,000 on/off cycles.
