The single-channel model ADL5353 and dual-channel ADL5354 mixers from Analog Devices operate from 2300 to 2900 MHz using an integrated intermediate-frequency (IF) amplifier for gain. The mixers incorporate an RF balun, local oscillator (LO) switch, LO driver, and the IF amplifier. They have an IF range of 30 to 450 MHz and provide conversion gain of 8.5 dB. The single-sideband (SSB) noise figure is 9.9 dB with typical LO drive of 0 dBm. The mixers achieve 1-dB compression with +10.6 dBm input power and have an input third-order intercept point of +25 dBm. They are designed for +5-VDC supplies but can operate on +3.3 VDC. The single-channel model ADL5353 is supplied in a 20-lead LFCSP package while the dual-channel model ADL5354 is supplied in a 36-lead LFCSP housing.
