Model 3G7BH is an octave-band drop-in circulator designed for applications from 5.2 to 11.0 GHz. It is supplied in a stainless-steel square housing measuring just 0.75 in. a side. The circulator can handle 20 W of incident RF power and exhibits less than 0.95 dB insertion loss across its full operating frequency band. The return loss and isolation of 13 dB or better ensure good match to other RF components in a system. The drop-in circulator is characterized for operation at temperatures from -20 to +85C.
