Motorola Mobility Names Moloney President
DANIEL M. MOLONEY has been named President of Motorola Mobility business. He rejoins Motorola after serving as Chief Executive Officer of Technitrol. Moloney will oversee Motorola Mobility's Home business as well as the following organizations: BAIR WALLACE Supply Chain, IT, and Government Affairs. In addition, Moloney will help prepare Motorola Mobility for its launch as an independent, publicly traded company. He reports to Dr. Sanjay Jha, Co-CEO of Motorola, Inc. and CEO of Motorola Mobility. Prior to his role as President and CEO of Technitrol, Moloney served as Executive Vice President at Motorola, Inc. and President of Motorola's Home and Networks Mobility business.

Quintech Electronics & Communications FRANK ELLING has been promoted to President. He previously served as Vice President of Operations. Elling has been with Quintech since the inception of the company in 1989.
Connected NationTHOMAS M. KOUTSKY has been hired to serve as the nonprofit's Chief Policy Counsel. As a Senior Advisor to the Federal Communications Commission's (FCC's) Omnibus Broadband Initiative, Koutsky was a member of the team that wrote the first US National Broadband Plan. Koutsky's work focused on developing policy recommendations to drive the deployment of broadband networks, improve the connectivity of community anchor institutions and tribal lands, and reform universal service and wholesale competition policy.
The Hispanic College Fund
DR. RAY O JOHNSON, Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at Lockheed Martin, has been elected to the Hispanic College Fund Board of Directors. Johnson provides direction and oversight to more than 70,000 engineers and scientists working on more than 4000 programs. Lockheed Martin has been a devoted sponsor of Hispanic College Fund programs since 1999.
Eutelsat CommunicationsDAVID BAIR has been appointed Chief Technical Officer. He joins Eutelsat from Echo- Star Satellite Services, where he was Senior Vice President of Space Programmes and Operations. During his tenure, EchoStar instituted a flight operations group to fly its own satellites and the EchoStar fleet grew from five to 14 spacecraft. In addition, ANDREW WALLACE has been named Eutelsat's Chief Commercial Officer and will head overall sales and marketing activities. Andrew's previous commercial appointments include a stint as Marketing Director of Pace plc.

LAURA J. PETERSON has been named Vice President for State & Local Government Operations in the Northwest region. She will lead the team responsible for Boeing's political and government activities in Washington and Oregon. Peterson most recently served as Vice President for Business Development and Global Strategy, Boeing Commercial Airplanes.
