A pair of RoHS-compliant, SOT-89-packaged e-HEMT amplifiers from Mini-Circuits serve a wide range of applications from 50 MHz to 6 GHz. Models PGA-102+ and PGA-1021+ are ready to use in 50-ohm systems without external matching components and are ideal for base stations, portable wireless, and cable-television systems. Model PGA-102+ provides 14 dB typical gain at 2 GHz with 2.4 dB noise figure and +17.5 dBm output power at 1-dB compression. It typically draws 83 mA current from a +3.3-VDC supply for a third-order intercept of +33 dBm at 2 GHz. Model PGA-102+ provides 13.4 dB typical gain at 2 GHz with 2.4 dB noise figure and +16.9 dBm output power at 1-dB compression. It typically draws 57 mA current from a +3.3-VDC supply for a third-order intercept of +26.7 dBm at 2 GHz.
