The MN469xA series of four-port test sets from Anritsu Company were developed for use with the VectorStar MS4640A vector network analyzer (VNA) to take advantage of the near 70-GHz (10 MHz to 70 GHz) measurement bandwidth of the VNA. The test sets were designed for measurements on highly integrated multiport assemblies, such as couplers, combiners, and duplexers. Measurements can be performed at speeds to 30 microseconds per point. The test sets are ideal for use with single-ended as well as balanced devices under test (DUTs).
