The model SiT3702 differential-output, voltage-controlled MEMS oscillator (VCMO) from SiTime features a programmable frequency range of 1 to 800 MHz with stability as good as +/-10 PPM and configurable LVPECL, LVDS, CML or HCSL output formats. It can operate on 1.8, 2.5, or 3.3 V supplies with available +/-30, +/-60, +/-120, and +/-240 PPM pull range. It is available in 7.0 x 5.0 x 0.9 mm and 5.0 x 3.2 x 0.75 mm packages. According to Piyush Sevalia, Vice President of Marketing at SiTime, "The SiT3702 differential output VCMO further expands our served market with a solution for high-frequency applications that require excellent control voltage linearity and very low jitter."
