The 11th gathering of the IEEE Wireless and Microwave Technology Conference(WAMICON) is scheduled for April 12-13, 2010 in Melbourne, FL. It is sponsored by the IEEE's Microwave Theory & Techniques (MTT) Society, with technical co-sponsorship from the Electron Devices and Communications Societies. The conference is set to address interdisciplinary aspects of wireless and RF technology and will include oral presentations, poster presentations, and five tutorials. The tutorials will cover a range of topics including modern radio fundamentals, power amplifier design approaches, and filter design techniques. Tutorial presenters include Dr. James Komiak, Dr. Richard Snyder, and Professors Paul Tasker, Fadhel Ghannouchi, and Michael Steer. The conference is slated to offer about 70 technical presentations.
