LXI Consortium Plans Newport Beach Plugfest

The LXI Consortium has announced plans for a General Meeting and PlugFest to be held February 11-13, 2008 at the Radisson Hotel in Newport Beach, CA. LXI member company VXI Technology will host the meetings. The first two days are reserved for member meetings and product certification. On the last day, the public is invited to the General Meeting during which the PlugFest results will be summarized, and technical applications sessions held featuring working demonstrations of LXI products. Jack Browne, Technical Contributor, has worked in technical publishing for over 30 years. He managed the content and production of three technical journals while at the American Institute of Physics, including Medical Physics and the Journal of Vacuum Science & Technology. He has been a Publisher and Editor for Penton Media, started the firm’s Wireless Symposium & Exhibition trade show in 1993, and currently serves as Technical Contributor for that company's Microwaves & RF magazine.
