A series of low-leakage-level limiters from Herotek includes models with frequency coverage from 10 MHz to 1 GHz, 100 MHz to 2 GHz, and 2 to 18 GHz. The maximum insertion loss is 0.5 dB to 1 GHz, 0.7 dB to 2 GHz, and 4 dB to 18 GHz. The maximum VSWR is 1.30:1 through 1 GHz, 1.40:1 through 2 GHz, and 2.0:1 through 18 GHz. The nominal leakage levels are -10, -5, 0, and +5 dBm for models through 2 GHz. The typical leakage levels are -10 to -5 dBm, -5 to 0 dBm, and 0 to +5 dBm from 2 to 18 GHz. The typical available threshold levels are -11, -6, -1, and +4 through 1 GHz, -11, -6, -1, and +4 dBm through 2 GHz, and -10, -5, and 0 dBm through 18 GHz. The limiters operate with typical DC supply of +5 VDC and 5 mA. The leakage levels are rated for input power levels to 1 W CW (+30 dBm).
