CTT, Inc. (Sunnyvale, CA) is now offering a comprehensive array of thin-film microwave manufacturing capabilities for true custom and build-to-print designs. The company, long known for its capabilities in low-noise and power amplifiers for commercial and military microwave applications, features a modern 45,000-square-foot facility in Northern California with 12,000 square feet of Class 1000 and Class 10,000 clean-room space. The manufacturing space is generously equipped with multiple pick-and-place machines, the latest automated bond-wire machines, and extensive component-mounting capabilities. Test capabilities are extensive, and include solderability test and analysis, optical microscopy, thermal and imaging analysis, mechanical tolerance and testing, electron scanning microscopy, environmental testing, and electromagnetic-interference (EMI) testing. The facility accepts all major circuit-layout file formats, including AutoCAD, DXF, and PDF files. For more on these thin-film manufacturing services, request a free copy of the four-page brochure "Thin-Film Microwave Manufacturing Services: Custom and Build-To-Print" by telephone at (408) 541-0596 or e-mail at mailto:[email protected].
