    Robert Sgandurra
    Director of Product Management

    Robert Sgandurra serves as product manager for Pentek’s DSP, data acquisition, digital receiver and software products where he’s responsible for product definition, educating and presenting technical seminars to systems engineers and Pentek’s sales force on the latest product technologies. Prior to joining Pentek, his background included seven years in the medical electronics industry where he designed and managed projects for ultrasound imaging. Robert joined Pentek in 1994, working as an application engineer and system integrator where he concentrated his efforts on solving customer’s real-time technical requirements. In 1997, he took on the responsibility of product manager. He holds a BSCS from the New York Institute of Technology.


    Rodger Hosking
    Vice President & Co-Founder
    Pentek

    Rodger H. Hosking is vice-president and co-founder of Pentek, Inc. where he is responsible for new product definition, technology development and strategic alliances. With over 30 years in the electronics industry, he has authored hundreds of articles about software radio and digital signal processing. Prior to his current position, he served as engineering manager at Wavetek/Rockland, and holds patents in frequency synthesis and spectrum analysis techniques. He holds a BS degree in Physics from Allegheny College in Pennsylvania and BSEE and MSEE degrees from Columbia University in New York.


    Paul Mesibov
    Vice President of Engineering
    Pentek

    Paul Mesibov is co-founder of Pentek and holds the position of Vice President of Engineering. He has over 35 year's experience in the electronics industry and oversees the design and implementation of Pentek’s digital signal processing, software radio and data acquisition products. He is currently an active member SOSA, PICMIG, VITA, PCISIG, and IEEE. He is a key contributor to several ANSI standards. Prior to his current position, he was a design engineer for AP Circuit, Inc. designing active signal processing analog filters and Wavetek, Inc. designing benchtop signal processing filter products. He holds a Bachelors and Masters degree in Electrical Engineering from the City University of New York. Aside from Paul's engineering forte, he is also an accomplished musician.
