Hittite Microwave Corp. (Chelmsford, MA) has released its October 2007 Product Selection Guide, with more than 625 products and over 105 new products. The collection includes GaAs monolithic-microwave integrated circuits (MMICs) covering DC to 86 GHz acquired from Northrop Grumman's Velocium company, suitable for applications in automotive radar, communications, fiber optics, test and measurement, radar imaging, space, and military systems. In addition to the October Selection Guide, visitors to the company's website can request an updated version of the 2007 Designer's Guide CD-ROM by selecting the "SUBMIT INQUIRY" navigation button on the left-hand side of the website screen.
