The LY2843V is an unmatched, discrete transistor in a push-pull package designed for applications within the HF to VHF III. When operated at 50VDC, the LY2843V delivers 1.0kW P1dB (2.1kW Psat) across the FM band as tested in the TB281 pictured. Its drain breakdown voltage rating of min 120VDC allows for reliable drain voltage operation of up to 50VDC.
